The warehouse is a shared environment rather than a collection of fully enclosed, private industrial bays. That means we ask everyone who uses the space to be considerate of the businesses around them and keep common areas accessible.
Loading areas, driveways, parking and shared spaces are kept available for everyone, and each tenant is responsible for keeping their designated area clean, safe and in good working order.
